• Tickets of any type cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

• By selecting the payment button, the customer accepts the online sales conditions of this website and the rules and regulations of the Museum.

• Tickets are valid exclusively for the reserved date and time.

• Discounts and/or large family rates are subject to the presentation of valid accreditation at the museum and only apply to admission tickets (not guided tours).

• As the museum does not have a car park, we recommend that visitors travelling by car to Getaria allow enough time to park and reach the museum on foot.
  

• A maximum of 9 tickets may be purchased online. For 10 or more tickets, please contact us by email at: info@cristobalbalenciagamuseoa.com, and a discount will be applied.
  

Guided Tours 

• Las visitas programadas a la exposición de la colección del museo, de la mano de nuestro personal de mediación experto, solo pueden reservarse con antelación en este sitio web. Se ofrecen en castellano y euskera con un horario y frecuencia que depende de cada temporada, y tienen una duración de  50 minutos. Hay un máximo de 20 plazas en cada visita. La tarifa incluye el acceso al museo y no se aplican reducciones.

• Si te interesa reservar una visita en fechas, horarios o idiomas no programados, o para un grupo en exclusiva, selecciona Guía para visita exclusiva en el idioma que prefieras. El máximo de personas de tu grupo por guía es de 20 y el tiempo de la visita es de 50 minutos. En esta tarifa no se incluye el precio de las entradas que deben adquirirse adicionalmente, según corresponda a los miembros de tu grupo.

Admission tickets

• Museum tickets grant access to all currently scheduled exhibitions. (Please check for information on our website).

• Three types of tickets are available: general, reduced and children’s. Please read the conditions for each carefully before purchasing.

• We also offer a discount for large families with valid official accreditation. This accreditation will be checked at the museum reception on the day of the visit.

Para reservar entradas 

1. Select the appropriate ticket: general, reduced or children’s. 

2. If applicable, select the large family rate. If not, continue with the default admission fee.

3. Select an available date and time.

4. Make sure you have selected the correct option (no changes or refunds are permitted if mistakes are made)

5. Proceed with payment; you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

6. Once the payment has been verified, you will receive an email with your invoice and a link to download your tickets.
